How to Create a Leister UNIROOF AT Welding Profile

uniroof-at-leister

Leister UNIROOF AT profiles are preset parameters for drive speed, air temperature and air volume. When selected, the Leister UNIROOF AT will configure itself with those settings and begin the heat up process.

The UNIROOF AT comes with six preset profiles (below), and allows users to save up to 10 additional profiles.

Welding Profile Welding Speed (ft./ min.) Air Temp (°F) Air Volume (%)
1 BASIC Adjustable Adjustable Adjustable
2 PVC 8.2 1022 100
3 TPO 9.8 842 100
4 EVA 6.6 1004 100
5 PIB 6.6 850 100
6 EPDM Modif. 5.2 1148 85
7-16 Own Adjustable Adjustable Adjustable

BASIC is the flexible Start welding profile of your UNIROOF. It allows you to use the values that were most recently set when you switch the device on (Profile 1).

Profiles 2-6 are predefined for welding specific materials under ideal conditions. The settings should be tweaked for each project until a strong weld is created on test material.

If you should change the set points of any saved welding profile (Profiles 2-16), the saved welding profile will remain available and unchanged for later use.

Creating Your Own Profiles

Following are directions for creating your own profiles. Using the control panel:

  1. Select and confirm the Settings menu
